What materials are used to make Cove Cap Co. hats?

Our hats have a 100% organic cotton body, the fabric is sourced from a sustainable family run facility in the USA. The closure is Velcro and the front and back labels are made with nylon. To learn more about why we chose organic cotton, check out our sustainability promise. 

Where are Cove Cap Co. hats made? 

While we won't share our special sauce and tell you exactly where our hats are made, we can proudly say that they are made here in Canada. We have partnered with a family owned Canadian manufacturer to support local businesses and help foster and grow a thriving community. Our partner has an emphasis on an ethical work environment, offering fair wages with a safe and clean working space.

Can you help me choose the correct hat size? 

We would love to help you with sizing! All those details and more can be found in our sizing guide as well as in our Instagram highlight titled 'sizing'.

Do you stock adult sized hats?

Our main focus is on toddler and kids sizes as this is where we saw the gap in organic and locally made hats. That being said, we did do a very limited run of adult size hats, in three popular colours, so you can match your mini!

How are Cove Cap Co. hats shipped? 

Our hats are shipped in 100% compostable / biodegradable mailers using as little materials as possible (paperless invoice, no extra paper or plastic, etc). All hats come with a hang tag and a 'thank-you' postcard (which actually comes blank and ready for you to use and then recycled!). Bonus: our unboxing experience is definitely cute enough to send directly to your gift recipient!
