We offer carrier rates via Canada Post which include options for Regular Parcel, Priority, and Expedited. Our $10 flat rate shipping option is sent as Regular Parcel (tracked). Orders will be processed within 3 business days - delivery estimates are provided at checkout for each shipping option.

We offer FREE porch pickup in West Vancouver (Ambleside area) for local residents or those willing to make the trip. Use code 'LOCALPICKUP' at checkout. 

USA (excluding US Territories)

We offer carrier rates via Canada Post which include options for Tracked Packet USA, Expedited Parcel USA. Orders will be processed within 3 business days - delivery estimates are provided at checkout for each shipping option.

As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply. Cove Cap Co. is not responsible for any delays due to customs. Cove Cap Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items while your product is in transit. If you do receive a damaged package or your purchase is lost, please reach out to us so we can find the best solution for you. 

Please make sure you are entering your address correctly before submitting your order. If your order is undeliverable and returned to us due to incorrect information, you will be invoiced for a secondary shipping charge before your order ships again.
