returns + exchanges
we really hope that you LOVE your Cove Cap Co. hat but if you are not 100% satisfied with it we do accept returns on unworn / unwashed hats, with tags still attached. we will issue a refund to the original form of payment and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. please reach out to us at email@example.com with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST" to start a return.
if your hat arrived damaged or the order is incorrect we of course want to fix that asap! please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. please note that each situation will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
we are sorry but at this time we are not accepting any exchanges. we suggest that you to sell or gift your cap, we're sure someone will be very happy to receive it!
please keep in mind that we are a small business but will do our very best to ensure you are happy with your Cove Cap Co. product!
