Returns & Exchanges
We really hope that you LOVE your Cove Cap Co. hat but if you are not 100% satisfied with it we do accept returns on unworn / unwashed hats, with tags still attached. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. please reach out to us at email@example.com with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST" to start a return.
If your hat arrived damaged or the order is incorrect we of course want to fix that asap! please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please note that each situation will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
If the hat doesn't fit and you need to exchange please contact us at email@example.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE REQUEST" to start an exchange. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend reviewing our sizing guide before purchasing and when in doubt size up :)
NOTE: Our hats are valid for returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please keep in mind that we are a small business but will do our very best to ensure you are happy with your Cove Cap Co. product!
